Open to all ages and abilities, beginners are welcome. Slower-paced class focusing on gentle movement, breath, body awareness and cultivating kindness.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water. No fancy yoga clothes required, just wear comfortable clothes you can move in. There will be a few extra mats on hand if you do need to borrow one.

Parents/caregivers with children, you are welcome to bring children ages 6+. Please use your judgement if you think they would enjoy participating in the class. This is not a kid focused class, but children/teens are welcome.
